A life lesson from an unridable bike
In this video Dustin from Smarter Every Day is given a bike he can’t ride. He knows how to ride a bike. But because of one little tweak made by some smart welders, he can’t ride this one. Not only that but he takes this bicycle all over the country where he speaks and challenges people. If they can ride it 10 feet he’ll give them $200. While everyone thinks they can, no one is successful.
Dustin takes it upon himself to master the bike and finally after eight months of trying every day he is finally able to do it. (more…)
Join me at the Going Digital For His Kingdom conferences this year where you’ll learn how you can leverage social media for God’s Kingdom.
At these conferences you won’t just be told that you need to be engaged in social media, but you’ll be given practical strategies to make that happen.

How to Launch an EZ WordPress Church Website in Under 60 Minutes
This is an important clip that needs to be seen by as many people as possible, especially teenagers. Show this to your church’s youth group and share it on your social media networks.
This short video illustrates what most of us know but maybe not all of us “get.” It is one thing to know that social media is here to stay, it’s another thing to get it, to understand that church leaders need to embrace social media. It’s not about being progressive. You’re only being progressive if you’re jumping on to something new. It’s not about following a fad. You only follow a fad if it’s an intense, widely shared and short lived something or other. That doesn’t describe social media.
Does your church “get” social media? Has it embraced the medium? Does it incorporate social media in its ministry and outreach programs? Does it have a strategy?
If not, click here.
Prayer is an amazing privilege, but it’s also really hard work (the apostle Paul compares it to a wrestling match!) PrayerMate is a Christian prayer app that seeks to help you actually pray for all the people and causes you care about.
PrayerMate brings all your prayer points together. Whether its your personal prayer points for friends and family, regular updates from some fantastic mission organisations, or the latest PDF prayer letter that just arrived in your inbox, PrayerMate puts it all together in one place and helps you get on and pray.
This is great. Christian bookstores should create their own video similar to this and use it in their marketing campaigns.
